I haven't been here in a long time and i feel like the interface has been changed a lot. So has it been changed or am I going completely crazy?

dude u havent been here for a long time your a noob to the site ive been apart of this site since 2011 so ive been here much longer than u have and yes just cosmetics of the site has changed the interface hasnt at all

Well by your 'cosmetics' i meant interface. And i don't know why you took the time say that I am a newb and you being here since 2011. Like what did that add to the post?
