Mew and Rayquaza (in HG&SS anyway) are supposed to be unobtainable. They have special events where you can get them legally. Cheating is cheating.

Rayquaza will be available to catch after you catched Kyogre (however you spell it) and Groundon.

You actually have to have BOTH Kyogre and Groudon AND they have to be the one's you can get in HG&SS... but you can only get either Kyogre OR Groudon on each game. You get to chose which one, but you only get that one. Meaning you MUST trade if you want the in-game Rayquaza.

the rom freezes quite often (I've got R4i SDHC) but you can get around it by saving often and just resetting the game when it does, if you don't have the paitence for this, then there's no point
