According to how Jkid made it (I don't like the idea, but he thought spammers were gonna come spam up the topic. If they want posts, they aren't going to claim anyone anyway, but whatevs...)
You have one point at 1000 posts or if you've been registered and posting for three months. Every month OR 500 posts after that, you get another point, up to a maximum of four. I think they should be counted as separate. The first FMA anime is totally different from the manga/second anime. That would be like saying that the characters in the Eureka seveN movie are the same as the characters in the show. @x@

pokemon are technically animals, and the rules clearely state that you may not claim animals, mithical creatures, and real people
Pokemon aren't animals.
Pokemon could count as characters, but you can really only choose Pokemon that have appeared as story characters as a claim.
In all honesty I wrote that up there to piss the furries off. Draco has the final say on everything here as far as I'm concerned. :P

Actually I think I have a better idea.
You may claim an unlimited number of characters but are only allowed to three per post. You may not claim in two or more consecutive posts UNLESS the topic goes at least a week without someone else making a claim(s).
