If this was some free app for the 3DS and Wii U as Nintendo's answer to Playstation Home, I'd be down for it, but eh.

Also, I like how they portray Iwata as this little shit noone likes.

Yeah, from what I know about the gameplay it doesn't seem like you have a lot of control over the characters. I think it's mainly about watching what wacky shit they get into. That's fine, but it's not something I'd pay $35 for.

And personally, I wouldn't really want a physical copy of this.
I'd rather have it be an installed app that I can just check up on every now and then... like playstation home... or Miiverse.

I want this so much, though I kind of agree with Wind. Maybe I'll get it off the Eshop instead of from Toys R Us or Gamestop.

Man, those voices sound really bad compared to the text-to-speech that most computers and phones have these days.

It still doesn't really seem like my kind of game. I wish it were a more interactive game.

I'm playing a translated patch of the first game. It's actually really fun. My only concern is the fact that you need a bunch of Miis to do much of anything in the opening few hours.

Well duh. I'm assuming Tomodachi Life will be like that too, but luckily it will be easier to add Miis into the game with QR codes.

I know. I've already prepped my 3DS. I'm thinking about asking my dad to lend me $40.

Can't do this shit in Animal Crossing.

So apparently Nintendo sent out special demo codes for Tomodachi Life to a few Club Nintendo members who have reached Platinum this year. If only I had bothered to register enough coins to get Platinum.

NOOOOOOO WHY
I WANT A DEMO SO BADLY IT HURTS
WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME, NINTENDO? I LOOOOOOOVE YOU.

So if you buy the game in Europe you'll get 2 download codes for a demo version that you can give to your friends to let them try it out. It sounds like it will be the same demo that some Club Nintendo members got. The codes probably won't work on consoles outside of Europe. I wonder if they'll even release a proper demo to everyone. It seems weird to put out such an exclusive demo.

GRRRRRRRRRR.
I just want to play the game a little early. Why is Nintendo making that so hard?

From what I heard the demo is really short though. You can only import 3 Miis and there are only a handful of activities to do with them. Although the demo has unlimited uses and you can carry over your progress to the full game.
