... connected it to the DVR (Picture on standard TV is black and white. Guys, it isn't the 70s anymore, get a life), and it's fuzzy. Then I launched the Homebrew Channel and the picture is just... a big pile of shit. I'm trying to correct the video settings on the Wii, but it is oh so hard not knowing what I am pressing. Any tips?

Uhm.. Well if games aren't normally like that for your TV, it may be the cords causing the problem.
If it is.. Then good luck getting the thing right. xD You could watch some Youtube guides though, I know it won't be for your problem but it'll give you the gist of where to find things.
If that doesn't help maybe you can bring it with to a friends house, get your settings fixed, and take it back.
