On the Gamescom, German TV-Channel RTL made a report about 'A bunch of video game sick-addicts, cosplaying: acting like a character & used a cut-out out of lets play describing it as 'addicts talking to the video game characters alone'.

Just a day after the reportage aired, thousands of complaints reached the Government about RTL showing a 'Discriminating Program'.
The German Government now is checking the situation.

RTL apologized on their Website.

But thats not all, anonymous also responded to it, threatening the TV Channel with a shutdown.

This.

It's fun to talk to a cardboard cutout. Keeps your sanity in. If you start revolving your life around it, you're a screwed person that needs to get outside more. The cosplaying/acting? It's just fanship. There's nothing wrong with cosplaying as Miku or someone and maybe do some dances/songs for halloween. But that doesn't mean they're sick-addicts. They're just a big fan. :U
