Nobody bought Vigil Games / Darksiders, they're still in THQ's hands as well as the WWE Games.
What? Why?

What? Why?
That, i do not know.
I guess no one thought of it as really profitable?
All employees have been laid off - so they're gone, along with THQ.
I'm surprised myself, actually. Since Darksiders 2 seemed to have been going very well.
I might add, that THQ is still trying to find a buyer manually with their last few days left.
Doing well? Try F*cking amazing!
I was iffy about Darksiders for such a long time, but when I got it free from PSPlus, I was pleasantly surprised and had a grand time. And all the little problems I had with it are apparently fixed in the sequel. This is some f*cking game of the year material right here.
But then again, Bayonetta was also a great game that nobody wanted...

I dont know where people get the idea that Sega & Microsoft (or any publisher) didnt want Bayonetta - but the Story goes like
Bayonetta 2 was in development before the SEGA Reconstructing
During the Reconstructing, SEGA decided they didnt have the money for such a big budget Game and canned it.
Nintendo then cleverly stepped in and offered to pay for development if its a Nintendo-Exclusive Title. Considering all three are best buddies ever since the GameCube they obviously said yes.
Atleast, to my understanding.
No one else ever got to say a Word.
I heard differently, I heard that neither Sony nor Microsoft wanted Bayonetta cause of how badly it sold, so Nintendo stepped in to give it a chance.

IKR? I F*cking loved Darksiders.
So, if I were to buy Darksiders 2 on steam right now, who does the money go to?

So long as they keep THQ's awesome character creation system I don't care.
It seems that Crytek has opened a new Studio "Crytek USA" to home 35 of the 100 Vigil Games Developers.
Updates regarding the IP's has yet to come, but i'm glad those people found a new job quickly - and even when their old buddies.
I just want 2 other Darksiders games with the other 2 horsemen...

Okay so
2K Games really has the WWE License.
Yuke's will continue to make the WWE Games for atleast another 5 Years under the 2K Banner.
2K will also give additional support for Graphics and Art.
THQ also help made sonic advance too which was a great game

I am happy boymangirl.
I'll still miss THQ but so long as my wrestling games only improve on themselves I'm fine.
Well, this definitely says "no sonic battle 2"
Not that that was gonna ever happen anyways but now it's completely official.
