2D or 3D?

Now when i mean better i dont mean graphics or anything like that, i mean what game can you play for hours on end?

The classics look like way more fun to play, But I really suck at them so I'll have to go with 3D.

The only 2D sonic games I own are sonic 3 and knuckles, and I can play that for a few hours.

But I have alot of 3D sonic games that I play for almost all day, so I'll say 3D.

Edit: ok, got sonic CD, and it ROCKS!! Too bad I can't change my answer to both LOL

I love both equally.  2D  give the original Sonic feel, but 3D games give you a more realistic feel.  It's hard to choose between the two, so I'm voting for both.

3d is great because of the surrounding graphics, i prefere 3d but 2d is great if the game was intresting
