Press Alt+PrntScrn. Copy into paint or something. Save as image file. Congratulations, you're one step further from being a noob.

i have the picture but for instance when i go into a reply and click input image it does this "[img] [img]"(or whatever the code is)and the pic doesnt show up

you need the like adress for the img to work... i always upload my images to photobucket... but i heard you can post an img here by clicking additional options and attaching a file (maybe... didn't test that yet...)

i cant manage to get it on because the file size is too large but its basically my avatar repeating.
