Not on my laptop, but on my home computer.
But even on my laptop, I have had scantily dressed characters before.
Why should I care?
Nobody gets on my home PC but me, and the off chance that someone is in the room with me?  I usually have a window open anyway.
Laptop?  Same thing.  When I have my laptop out, I usually have a window open (unless I'm only on MSN, then the bg can be seen)

Either way.
I don't care what people think of me for having ecchi/hentai as my computer(s) backgrounds.
They can shove it.
It's probably better than their "LOL I TYPED A PRETTY PHRASE INTO MS PAINT LOLOLOL"
^that actually happened at school.
Two girls use the same computer ever day, and they did a plain colored bg with words on it (that clashed HORRIBLY, might I add)
