Triple Trouble On 3DS

When People love games then play past games in the series can anyone blame them for dissapointment. Yes I know gamegear isn't the best I mean wasn't the best handheld but sega could've spent more time making a good games that was easy to control with reguler checkpoints does anyone feel the same?
