Third president of Nintendo who was succeeded by Satoru Iwata passed away at age 85 due to pneumonia.
As this is the man who converted Nintendo from a trading card company into a video game company, hired the likes of Shigeru Miyamoto and such, and oversaw the development of the NES, SNES, N64, and gamecube, it is indeed a sad day in history.
I can only hope he didn't suffer, and I wish his family all the best.
RIP Yamauchi. May Nintendo live, even though you've died.
it really sucks that he died i dont know how nintendo will go on if his son takes over who knows what his son will do with the company

He wasn't president anymore when he died.
May he rest in peace
