Sonic the Hedgehog 4. Good Idea? Yes or No?

What do you guys think? Capcom went and made Megaman 9. Would Sonic Team be smart to make a Sonic 4 EXACTLY like the classics for WiiWare and such?

btw, theres already a fan game called Sonic 4, but since im sure SEGA doesnt know about it, im betting they would name it that. Also Sonic & Knuckles was kinda like a Sonic 4.

I say Yes, it is a mahvelous idea.
If capcom can get away with it, so can sega (lol, imagine marvel vs capcom on the genesis)
Besides, retro is RAWK AWSOME!

Yeah, it could happen. But it would more likely be on WiiWare and not on DS. 1000 points would be a reasonable price.

Well yes because the sonic the hedgehog series is the original 2d series.

It would be possible. You can release it on DS. And it could be available on Xbox Live, Playstation Network and wiiware.
