Can Someone create a domain for me? set it up and some other stuff that needs to be done?
I want it for me to create a SMF Forum.

Can't you just go to a forum hosting website? because no-one would really just pay for a domain just for you like that "/

Or you could get complicated and get Microsoft FrontPage...lol

Can't you do it yourself?

And btw your gonna need a host with good bandwidth to host the website
