the first time i heard about this 2012 thing i been scared for weeks!but i try to find out is it true? will it happen or not? some ppl in my class don't belive it will happen since,while back ppl said the world was going to end and it didn't. but i HOPE it dosen't happen in 2012...

OH yeah on the history channle,the bible,and my freind (who is christion) say the world will and by/in (2012) the apocalypse.if you don't know what it is,they say ALL planets in our solar system will line up and somthing will happen whith the north and south poles,and it will turn the skies red and then the skies will explode whith fire all over ppl,running in horror as buildings and other stuff explodes.....i got scared when my freind told me about it. and i also look on google and read some of the words and it said angles tears will rain down look fire and wipeout all evil.

And that was really mis-reading the bible... that was what, one part of it, not even? Plus, it's in the future, no one (But God) knows what'll happen then. Not even the greatest mind on the planet would know.

See, for Christians, there's nothing really to worry about. (I don't want this to turn into a religion war, I just want to make a point.) Since the Bible says,
"John 3:16
For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." (Got that via Bible.com... I knew it by memory, I just didn't wanna mess up ^.^)
This means that if we believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and that we confess we're all sinners, then we'll spend time with God in heaven. The bible also talks about the end of the 'old' (Our current) earth, and says that it'll end with the anti-christ in power (Or something like that), but for those who are christians and believe in God (And have 'asked Jesus into their hearts', as they say), they will live with God until the New Earth is created... My mom and I went through this bible study thing about it XD
Like I said above, I don't wanna' get anybody angry with this and start a flame war, I just want to tell you all from a christian's view.
