i think its the dbl point super vulcan 30+ 10+ 10+ 10+ combo and in full synchro
it can almost kill 1 boss (example spoutman) by shooting all those shots at him

ive tried that combo but i like using an area grab set up then meteors plus 30 plus 3 tens thats a hundred a hit
then theres a area grab set up then double point color point bass attack plus 30 attack plus 10 90+60+40 is 190 a shot and we all know bass is multi hit
