-Drive a motorcycle down a hill as fast as you possibly can (using nos and all) straight into a brick wall.
-Catch yourself on fire and jump out of a plane.
My friend's variation on this idea:
-Grab the skydiving instructor and jump out of the plane, said instructor in tow. Scream in his face, "I'M TAKING YOU WITH ME!" or, alternatively, "WHAT NOW BITCH? WHAT NOW?"
The instructor usually doesn't have a parachute.
