ok, how do I use the Graffitys that show me an arrow, it's hard, that guy says to press the analog down, but it doesn't work

If you're using an emulator, only the japanese version works with tags. I don't know why, but apparently tagging was made easier in the japanese version. Luckily, the jap version alters it's language based on the language set by your Dreamcast system, so the game will be in English too.
