So this is Evo, he is from the distant future which is more farther than Silver's timeline and he travels to find a cure for his curse which is the "Zachary Evans Curse" which causes him to go crazy and just killing everyone off which caused him to kill his own family...
His powers are controlling chaos energy and very smart. He can invent different kinds of stuff that can be helpful to his adventures.
BTW this is a work in progress. I'm planning to give him some ring bracelets and I'm thinking of giving him clothes.
I'm gonna work on his curse mode after finishing his sprite sheet.
BTW, I'm not gonna continue Riel the Hegehog...it was a fail. XD
