Otherwise known as the Sonic Figure Company.
I think they're doin good so far.
Though their Super sonic is just yellow, you can turn the spikes upward using the hinges.

I don't know about this...
I don't go out often at toy stores, so I don't get to see them :(
Also, are there plushes?Definitely would want to see them! :)
