I would choose:

Super speed.
Thunder control.
Chaos powers. (All of them)

Reasons:

Super speed:If i would have super speed i would be able to: run faster than a F1 car, beat someone up in a second if he tries to attack me and so i could win loads of money in races.

Thunder control: If i would thunder control i would be able to make lightnings and paralyze the ppl who annoy me and make thunderstorms stop and also be able to make lightning tracks while running (It would look cooler than fire).

Chaos powers:

Here are the reasons why i would take chaos powers:

Chaos Blast:Because it would give me the option to destroy.

Teleportation: So i would get everywhere way faster.

Chaos Spear: So i could use it as a weapon.

So theres the reason i would take those powers

So twell the powers and the reasons why you would choose them.

2.I could create Chaos Emeralds and turn super any time.(sounds lame doesn't it?)

chaos powers- helpful in everyday situations and unusual stuff
speed- so i have a right to say "YOU'RE TOO SLOW!"
and telekinesis- makes your load a lot lighter if you don't have to carry things

Psychokinesis is the broad term for telekineses, telepathy, pyrokinesis etc. You can do pretty much anything. Storm because... Well I guess I've always just wanted it, and time, if you're fast, I ca just freeze everything in place and I could beat you at your own game. And biokinesis lets you rearrange your body structure. Like so you have wings or can run really fast.

chaos blast - so i can kill like 20 peopel at once
chaos control- time travel
super form - go super and fly away

Chaos powers (All)- control time and use it as an advantage for basically anything and for offense
flying ability- avoid anything on the ground and have fun in the air
super speed- do every thing faster and have very fast reactions.
