In an underground facility, vaguely known by the outside world, you are on your way to doing your usual job, you're being carried to the entrance of the compound by a metal monorail-like object around a long track, while you listen to the lady on the speakers telling you a lot of things about the compound which you already know. It is 8 years ino the future, when things are beginning to darken a little, but the sky is as bright as you were in high school. "Welcome to the Blue Mesa compound, please show your ID to exit the monorail".

Personality: Mikey is a Happy-go-lucky Echidna, always tries to keep positive and upbeat. He has been doing the job for four years and knows a lot of the scientists ^^

History: Mikey was once half robotic, and raged and attacked all his friends. One of his friends sort of helped him once by pushing him into a lake and malfunctioned him, stopping his rage. He disappeared once while having a surgery by his friends, and landed in the middle of nowhere! His armour fell of somehow eventually due to the extreme conditions of freezing snow, boiling hot steam and drenching rain. He was found unconscious by a volcano by a so called "long lost relative" who lived in a sacred land named the fieracanoes. He got a fire stone which he has always been keeping with him and he trekked on, not really sure of where his goal was. About halfway through tis trek he found one sign of civilization, an area which seemed very vaguely familiar when he saw it. It was a freedom fighter base lead by a hedgehog named Arrow. Mikey had realized that this hedgehog was his best friend after a while and that to find him was his life-long goal. They set up again in a force to destroy Robotnik but nobody, not even Mikey could remember what happened to end that story. All he knew was that the last thing he could remember was Arrow's thumbs up, putting on a science coat and getting this job. He is still not sure, even after 4 years, where Arrow is. He thinks that he may be working in the deeper parts of the Blue Mesa compound that he hasn't even seen yet due to his lack of experience in quite a lot of science subjects.
RULES:
1. No godmoddyness, meaning no destroying big bosses hits.
2. No doing this style of roleplaying "Bob: i am doing the somethings =P"
3. Use proper vocabulary, meaning no type of computer language while you are talking. Act like a real person. "Bob: U iz teh lolz of meh 1337 club"
4. No rushing the storyline or going straight to where all the bad guys come in, let the storyline go slowly.
5. When we get weapons i will make something saying: "---GOT WEAPON CROWBAR---" then that's when you get to use them, you can't use them before that, you wouldn't really bring a rocket launcher to work would you? Becuase you don't know about what will happen in the future =P
6. You can't be one of those people who can "go super without the chaos emeralds". I will say when you can go super, most likely near when we're defeating Eggilanth.

After he showed his ID to the camera, Mikey observed the passing scenery, from a huge missile "Safety? Pfff yeah, right!" to a helicopter taking off. On the way he spotted a peculiar looking blue business hedgehog with a briefcase. He had never seen him before "Maybe he's signing up to the job!" Mikey said. He then sat down and watched as the other scientists showed their ID to the camera.

Mikey saw Prof. Shade present his ID, so he called to him "Hey Shad! what you doin' at Blue Mesa today eh? I got this job which includes pushing a cart with a chaos emerald into a portal...dunno what'll happen but i hope the results are very satisfactory" He put on his trademark face and sat next to Shade while the others were getting their ID cards indentified.

The monorail had come to a complete stop now "Well, looks like we're gonna have to meet the rest while we're here!" he said, waiting for the security guard to open the door. He got up and saw that the guard was indeed taking his time..."HURRY UP OLD MAN!! I WANNA DO MY JOB >:C" he shouted sarcastically

Finally the guard opened the monorail door and Mikey walked out along with HMS7 and Shade "paha, you failed, i shouted out sarcastically, hahaha" Mikey laughed. They walked down the catwalk to the entrance and the guard took his time opening a huge door opened leading to the hallway to the reception.
Shade:*whispers to HMS7 and Mikey*how long do these guards take?!
Mikey whispered back "AGES! ooh, look! the doors open!" They walked through and the next door opened by itself, presenting the reception with another guard behind the front desk and a few more scientists walking around in random directions. "Hmmm, i think we need to go this way" Mikey pointed down a corridoor reading "Experiment chambers".
Shade:Yes,me too :D
They walked through the corridor until they met an intersection, they took the first right into a few labs then turned left into a locker room. Mikey opened his locker and got out a H.E.V battery for his suit. After he got it, he went into the room on the right, took out his H.E.V suit from the capsule and put it on, then placed the battery into it.

Shade:shall we go?
*Shade put his H.E.V suit on*
"Yeah" Mikey said, they ran out of the locker room, through the corridor, but then Mikey stopped because he saw the blue business hedgehog in a lab again. "Wait, how did he get here before us? His monorail was headed the other way!". They carried on, then got to a room with two scientists who explained the operation. All they had to do was turn on a beam then push a long saught for crystal into it! After they were told this, the scientists open the doors ahead and they entered the room with the experiment inside it.
Shade:where's the crystal?
"Well according to the scientists, we activate the beam, up there " Mikey pointed to a high platform with a computer on it "and then a cart comes up with a crystal in it, we push it in, and see the result!" Mikey ran up to the computer and activated the beam, it was so electrical and shiny...Then the scientists announced that the cart was coming up, so Mikey shouted "Hey Prof. Shade! The cart's coming, get ready to push it in!"
Shade:OK!LETS DO THIS!*yells for Mikey to hear*
*pushes the crystal in*
After shade pushed the crystal in, the beam started reacting funnily, suddenly, the whole room started shaking and the room was falling apart "SHADE, QUICK GET THE CRYSTAL OUT!!" But it was too late...the whole place went pitch black...in two seconds they could see again, but it was somewhere completely different, like an alien planet or something!! There were weird things EVERYWHERE!! Then it was pitch black again, and they were back in the experiment room, everything still falling apart. "Shade, let's get out of here!" He shouted, falling off the platform, and crashing on the ground below.
Shade:Got it!
*Shade runs for the exit*
The only exit to the room was the way the had come in, so they ran to it and they saw two of the scientists were laying dead on the floor. The door was closed ahead so they activated the control panel to open it, but unfortunately the panel was broken so Mikey grabbed the crystal off of Shade and smashed the panel. The door whooshed open, they ran in and saw a dead guard with a scientists doing CPR on him "wow, at least SOME people know CPR, quick, we need to get out of here!"
Shade:yeah,but how?We need help form the scientists or somebody.
"We can't! Half of the scientists around here are dead!" They carried on, but suddenly RIGHT in front of them, a laser had burst free from the pipes and was shooting uncontrollably around the room. Mikey ran under a laser and shouted to Shade to go under it and to him.
Shade goes under the lasers bu one misses him by 1cm,but is ok
Shade:lets keep moving!
Mikey and Shade ran to the next door to get out, but it was locked! There was no key or panel to open it either! "How're we gonna get out now?!" Mikey was about to kick the door when he saw a crowbar on the floor, and picked it up.
--GOT CROWBAR--
Mikey smashed the glass on the doors open and crawled through, careful to avoid the sharp shards.
Shade see's a dead guard and gets his gun
Shade:just in case...
--GOT PISTOL--
"Quickly, right ahead of us! It's an elevator!" Mikey said, he pressed the button, but the door didn't open, then they heard a crash and they saw the elevator go flying down and smash into the ground. "Awww man, looks like we gotta climb up the emergency ladder..." Mikey smashed the glass of the door open and crawled in, then turned left and climbed up the ladder, careful not to fall to his doom.
Shade and Mikey made it up,but saw a guard fighting,fighting an ALIEN?!Shade shot it to death.
Shade:what the heck was that?!

Jack woke up at the bottom of the elevator shaft. His helmet dented and punctured, his Armour torn through in many places, but he was relived to find that his handgun and two extra magazines were still there. He unholsted his handgun and set the safety off. A strange....Dog thing.....feasting on what was left of a fellow security guard's insides. He pulled up the glock and fired, the dog thing not seemingly injured by it. the alien - that's what Jack would call it - turned around and let out a shrill cry before jumping into the air and expelling a large wave of blue energy. He shot it several more times before it- finally- died. He moved to the ladder room, only to find the door jammed in place. At his feet there was a small industrial pipe wrench. Jack picked it up and smashed through the large glass pane of the door and climbed through. After scaling the 25-foot ladder, he saw another thing.....wielding a crowbar and a handgun, he raised his pistol....
Shade turns around and holds his gun up.
Shade:speak up.who are you?how did you survive?
"I'm Jack," he said. "What the hell happened, and what the hell are you?" he asked, lowering his gun slightly.

Shade:a big explosion just blasted when we put a crystal into a laser.And we wanna get out of here...
"you're not alone there," said Jack. Noticing the thumbs up, Jack said "Roger that. Let's RUN LIKE HELL!"
Shade:we have to find the exit first.And there can't just be one monster or alien or whatever it is...
dr.H starts to run but drops his drink
"that drink will help kill metal robots"
ooc it eats metal but gives the drinker max power

dr.H:all i have is my guitar and all it does is shots blast

"I've got a wrench and a gun, plus two extra clips." Jack said, removing a clip from his holster and handing it to Shade.
dr.H:ok lets gop then*pulls out guitar and begins to play*

Mikey climbed up the ladder,then jumped out and into the room with a dead scientist, with a weird looking badnik on his head. "Errr, he looks completely possessed.. Quick, let's get back to the reception!" and off he ran.
Shade:wait for me!
When they ran back out to the reception, an explosion whacked an air vent open, everyone was dead, and the front door was locked! "oh NO!! How're we gonna get out?!" He shouted, the panel wouldn't work, so he whacked it in anger with his crowbar, the panel blew up, and the door opened! They ran out to the front catwalk where the monorail was but it wasn't there!! Mikey saw a scientist standing near the end and told him to come to him. The catwalk snapped and broke, then fell into an everlasting abyss, the scientist clinging for dear life on a rope "Mikey, stay back!! Don't come this way! MIKEY!!" He slipped and fell into the darkness...the only way out now...was to go back in...
"The air vent is open." Jack said, gesturing to it with is wrench. "Someone could crawl in there and open it from the inside." Then, a small, crab creature proceeded out of the vent. "The hell...."
Shade started shooting at it,and it eventually died.
Shade:phew,that was close...
Mikey looked at the crab, "whoah, it looks like a mutated version of one of Eggman's badniks! we better keep a close eye out for these horrible guys" Mikey crawled into the hole where the vent flew out, and into a computer room. The place was falling apart and was about to explode! "Quick guys! follow me, let's go through this air vent!" he shouted to them. He crawled through an air vent, and found a guard's decapitated (no head) remains, and took his gun for use, then, a huge headnik jumped onto his head! "HELP, GUYS IT'S ON MY HEAD!!" he shouted, trying to pull it off.
Shade shoots the thing,but it wont come of so then he kicks it and while its in mid-air,he shoots it

"Yeah, thanks, look out for these things" Mikey said, he carried on throught the air vent, then jumped out an exit to it and landed perfectly on his feet.
Then Shade jumps out of the vent also
dr.H:can someone explain what we are doing!!!!!
"Well, if you haven't noticed already, we blew up the blue mesa compound, almost everyone's dead, zombies are rampaging around, and i almost died! Now quick, we need to find a way OUT of here!" Mikey ran to the next sector, and saw a Headnik and a guard die on the ground. He managed to get through the next broken door and into a big test area.
dr.H:oh ok
Shade:come on,lets go...
dr.H:ok shade so what are we looking for here
Shade:A way to get out of here...
Mikey ran through the corridor, but stopped when he saw a door bang, and a huge dent appeared in it. "Guys, stay back...this guy could be a biggie" he warned, getting his "borrowed" pistol ready for an attack. The door banged twice more with dents appearing, then eventually it's smashed open! A huge one eyed badnik covered in green electricity burst out and zapped Mikey "AARRGHH!!" he fell to the floor with a huge thump "GUYS, SHOOT IT IN THE EYE, Argh!!".
dr.H:ok*pulls out guitar and plays a heavy metal song and blast his eye*

Mikey slowly got up and reached for a medit kit. He recovered all of his wounds and carried on with the gang. They entered a huge freezer "awww man, how're we gonna get through this?" he complained suddenly the door slammed behind them and they were locked in! "AWW CRAP! we gotta find another way out!" he shouted.
