It wasn't a manner here. This guy just waited for the boy's mother to go to the counter and then goes and kisses the boy right on the lips, gave him a lollipop, then went in the car and drove off, and then did it in another McDonalds. He's also wanted in connection to the failed attempt to kidnap an 8 year old boy the news on TV also mentioned. It's not manners, it's a pedophile.
Are they sure that was a lollipop the man gave him? I'd be hurting someone for that. Poor kid.
