Ja, i used Green Hill Zone Act 3 from Sonic the Hedgehog for the Master System.
=3
I then put in Super Sonic. I was gonna put in more effects and enemies, but i forgot to save it as a PSD xD

i made a better background with bettter sun rays, Eggman in the bg, blur effects and bevel and emboss on the text to make it more 3der.
