It's the first fight with him in Echo Ridge, right after your dumbass alien friend, Omega-Xis eats the Bezerk OOPArt. -_-;
I'm using the battle card folder that Sonia gives you in Wilshire, just a bit souped up- with the Taurus Fire card (HFSDJKD I didn't want to fight him again. Had enough of his ass in Starforce 1...) and some star cards.
Anyways, he's fast as fuck, and that flying punch attack he throws kills me. It's the only one I can't dodge, and he only seems to pull it after I've used all my recover cards. Blocking isn't really an option either, cause I seem to still always get hit. ;~;
Any help?

I suggest playing the first one first, though; there are a TONNNN of references to the first game, and if you haven't seen the show or played it, you can get lost very fast. xD
I wouldn't say it's the best out of the Megaman series, but it's the one I'm focused on currently. xD

Good work beating him the frist time. Now just wait until you battle him the 4TH time during the story( I think it was the 4th time.) He IS a pain to beat. He seems easier to beat in the 3rd game for some reason for me. XD
