I'll sign up to the forum tomorrow.But things you need to change:
1.The banner for the forum.I can make it.Just give me the pictures
2.You need to make it look more Sonic-y xD The forum ;)

I added more stuff, finished the ranks and added vip downloads
the vip downloads section isn't visible to anyone but vips though

I would suggest thinking of something more original than 'VIP.'
