Well if you have Mobile Web on your phone, you can go to www.myxer.com, upload there and download it from the link in a text message.

Well if you go to my school theres a bunch of annoying little 12 year old brats with cell phones who think they're cool and need to "show off their cell" so they make a loud ringtone to act cool. Yeah you get my point...

If you have a phone that can use video ringtones, you can get the codec. I can't on my phone, but it would be pretty awesome.
