Back Story:
now, for the stats part, DO NOT make the character fighting orientated unless it is a robot. and don't have the speed stat '40', 'cause only sonic has that... ok, well, happy Role-Playing! ;D
Erm, no offense. But if you ripped this from a site,
1. you have no right to post it here and expect us to use it.
2. the "stats" are flawed, and don't belong on this site.
This site isn't a roleplay based side, and sometimes a roleplay will call for a different backstory.
Take my roleplay, "Sonic Future Force" for example. It takes place 10 years into the future of the regular Sonic story.
Linking someone to your guys profile who is 15 in EVERY roleplay would mean that he was 5, 10 years ago, but in other roleplays he's 15, but those happened in regular Sonic time.
And having a backstory of, "He met sonic and now he's fighting" (Used as an example) wouldn't fit in, either.
Plus, I don't understand the whole, "Don't have them fighting orientated unless its a robot". It's a person's fan character, they have the ability to do what they want with making it.
I know you posted this to help, but it doesn't belong here. If you want to give people tips, that's cool, but telling them what NOT to do on a site where it doesn't matter, isn't going to help :/
