Yes, Sonic had a brother (one of my userbars :P), a sister, and a mom, i could name all 3 characters... plus a few others... (im a HUGE SU fan... XD)

Maybe he has a familly, but who could say if he has a bro or sis, that was just a cartoon, that doesn't have anything to do with the plot, if someone want's to know so much about this, that person should ask Yuji Naka
