Yes, you can go into a 'Virual' Lobby and go to an quest with 3 Other Players, 4 Players in Total.

Zelda Twilight Princess is an old game, it was released during the Wii's launch. I'm not surprised they'd replace it with a slightly similar game.

No release date yet. Some people are speculating it will be released Q4 this year (during fall) but I think it's gonna be delayed until next year.

All I know is that MH3 deserves replacing LoZ in my opinion. There's nothing to do after you finish LoZ unlike MH which gives you a lot of things to do and multiplayer is fun! ;D
