The liner on our pool tore during the winter. About half the water leaked out to Lord know's where and tons of nasty crap got in. This was before the end of the year, mind you. After a winter of freezing over, thawing, freezing again, and so on, the thing got pretty nasty. It was so bad that there was no point in keeping the cover over it. Now, it's nearing summer. Guess what! The water is COMPLETELY GREEN. WE'VE FISHED DEAD SQUIRRELS OUT OF IT. THERE ARE TADPOLES LIVING IN IT. FROGS ARE OUT THERE!!!
THEY CROAK ALL NIGHT!!!
So, yeah. Our pool might as well be the Black Lagoon.
I might post pictures tomorrow. >:3
You might be able to put it to good use as a cesspool.
I just got some pictures of frogs. I'll post them tomorrow once I get some of the squirrel and what I'm pretty sure are tadpoles.
