I simply looked in convert.c, and it says
//Open up the uncompressed model
_file=fopen("in.bin", "rb");
So first, you have to decompress your model (for example XSONICMDL.PRS) with an prs decompresser, then rename your XSONICMODL.bin to in.bin, start convert.exe and it will create out.obj with that model.
Also, it says
if(_file == NULL)
{
printf("ERROR: Not enough free RAM\n");
exit(1);
}
So if it could not load the model, it showed"Not enough free RAM" and exits.
