I'm bored, so now we'll have a decent discussion.

Speaking of Gundam...

Now to search for an ISO so Big O can own the living shit out of all the other animes. :P
R.O.D (Read or Die) could work well.
Also, Evangelion, but they've been trying to get that made for years.
Also, Super Robot Wars Z wins for having Eureka seveN in it.
Do we mean live action or just a movie?

I was referring to live action.
But I guess you can take your pick. :3
Well except Sonic X maybe I don't think I would want any anime to be turned into a live action movie

something with giant robots

SLAYERRSSSS<3
AND MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM(n) :UUUUUUU
Oh and maybe S-Cry-Ed. :3
It would be either Soul Eater or Tora Dora....
Yu Yu Hakusho. I got into the show because of the street overtones and the interesting characters and stayed with it because of the badass plot and awesomely detailed "spirit" mythology.
I also want an Inuyasha movie, just so they can majorly fuck it up. It would be like The Last Airbender times 9000.
Now that I think about it, Yu Yu Hakusho could work well in live-action.
Trigun, Gunslinger Girl, and Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit could also work.
On a somewhat related note: an Ace Attorney movie. Make it happen, Hollywood. Or will I have to do it myself one day? XD
Fullmetal Alchemist.
Although that would be hard to pull off... I mean, you need a short 15-16 year old with a high voice

Not necessarily. As long as he looks the part and says the right things, his voice doesn't need to match Vic's portrayal in the dub, nor does he need to to sound like the Japanese actor.
As long as he can pull the character off, his voice is a minute detail.
Also, be thankful that April Fool's joke from a few years ago isn't true. Digitally-shortened Tom Cruise as Ed. XD

Actual, there have been 13 Pokemon movies and a 14th coming out soon. In Japan, anyway. America gets 13 early next year.
Also, the first 2 Death Note movies are the better than the anime. In fact, I like the way the movies end more than the manga (never really liked Near & Mello much). The third one, the one about L, is just plain stupid. The book based on it is okay, but the movie sucks.
QuoteThe third one, the one about L, is just plain stupid. The book based on it is okay, but the movie sucks.
I agree with that, apparently it's set like... 23 days or something before L's death but what I don't understand within the movie, is that L wrote his own name within the death note... but I don't understand how, L dies when his name is written within the shinigami's death note because, it says, the first death note to have their name written down is to happen and the second time would be made void

Yeah, L wrote his name down before it was written in the other notebook so he could make Kira think he won, thus trapping him. When his name was written in the other notebook, it was voided. He wrote that he would die 20-something days later so he could ensure justice was carried out.

Only problem with that, is in the anime and magna, L died when the Shinigami put his name down in the death note and because of that, got killed in return. So... did L die from the first death note or the second Shinigami death note? It confuses me

The first because the second wouldn't apply. Remember: the anime and manga are separate from the movies. Even the rules for the Death Note are different. In the manga/anime, I'm pretty sure you can't write your own name in the notebook and it kill you.

But I haven't finished it...
And Star Wars is MUCH more well know than Death Note.
And the fact that Vader is Luke's father is incredibly well-known, too.
I bet there's a demotivational poster on it, and a lot of 'em.
Death Note has been out since... what... 2006 or so? Can't remember the date
