from what I know from the online games I've played people on your blacklist are people you hate, want to kill, blocked, or a combination of the three.

Ben starting this topic will only cause fights and stuff :< and there isn't really a point of telling someone hey I hate you besides i don't wanna see you guys fight over something silly and unless you have a really good reason to hate someone you shouldn't and i don't think Tobi and Alisa have earned a blacklist position especially considering that Alisa is banned from sz anyways so your not forced to put up with her (well you wouldn't exactly be forced anyways) and Tobi is just doing as the rules are told so that's no reason to blacklist her either.
