I got a witch hat and a cap, all I need is the wand with a star on it!

then I will look like tsukasa!

good for you, but the picture more likely looks like tsukasa is cosplaying as Yuki nagato

This. And Konata is the one that actually does that... I've never seen this picture... but I have a simliar picture as a wallscroll. It has the same background, but it has Konata in the North High School uniform from Haruhi. :3
