Yes, there will be a third game. It isn't official yet, but every generation has gotten one. Blue (and Yellow), Crystal, Emerald, Platinum.

But it'd probably be based off one of the legendaries and looking at them...we're either getting Grey or another type of Blue. Maybe purple. Unless they pull another Crystal on us... :I
Pokemon: Rainbow sounds great. But it doesn't fit the story.
How about something that is gray. Like Pokemon Granite or something. But gray so... lame sounding. :/
