Umm... be awesome, helpful, be on more when john is live, chat on the chatbox more. All the little things stand out, my friend, if I can do it anyone can.
If I were to blame anyone for a lack of inactivity...blame the tens or dozens of GUESTS on the forum.
(I'm not exactly blaming anyone in the first place or saying its anyones fault)
I don't know if those guests are just users too lazy to log in at times or are honestly just looking around.

As for the moderator election thing...the elections don't really mean a whole hell of alot, if you are trustworthy and staff member worthy, then you will not have to default onto entering elections to rise up on the forum.
Oh no, now the site won't have any new moderators that sit around and don't do anything because there is nothing to moderate!
Somehow, I think twelve moderators is more than enough.

Staff members can't really moderate the OFF TOPIC section because it's suppose to be a place for people to bend the rules a bit on the forum. Look at the forum stats and see a majority of the posts now are going to that section. XD
first of all there already was a long time before this election and the old ones, maybe in a year more members will come and the forum might need more mods so there will be more elections
also I wanted to candidate too but I saw that many members had lots of votes so meh I cancelled my idea, but next time i'll candidate too
Elections are a popularity contest. I think mods should be chosen for potential.

You see, I don't like that people think they are limited to their online friends voting for them to become moderator of this forum. Outside of the elections there are possibilities to be promoted to those positions and I think some people are not seeing this.
