Ok There was a Guest,
The IP Address Was the same as Mine,
I Banned the Guest's IP Address and then i gotten Banned
Why did you ban the guest?
Because The Guest was Just Staying there Since the 3 Member came

Now why would you ban a guest just because the third member joined your forum?
That's just plain unfair. You never know, they could be registering on your forum, and you just banned them because they did nothing.

and then... i Gotten Banned
