Where have you seen it besides computers?
I've seen it in a pizza parlor racing game.
ive seen it while i as playing streetfighter but i dont hink it was blue and i broke the game =/
I saw it on an episode of Yu-Gi-Oh abridged, but I'm not sure if that counts...

i've only seen it as some1s desktop bg, and they had it wired up to a projector, so, does seeing it on the wall count?
i had it on my ps1. playin abe's exoddus then bam it just came. it was weird.
I've seen it at an old arcade I wen to one time. Donkey kong jr. gave the blue screen once you passed the first lvl.
I saw it when playing on the n64.
