My iPod can only pick up the wifi in cold environments
Now seeing as I live in a tropical climate, I guess that would explain why my net on this piece of trash has been more choppy than a DBZ movie plot
I have to have to have this thing under a fan for it to be of any use, and my fans are placed very inconveniently for that to be effective
I could just use it in my room where I have AC, but the. I'd just use my laptop
If the 3DS could play videos, this whole net issue wouldn't be a problem, cause then I'd have a kickass mp4 player, as nature intended
These certainly are challenging times.

I'm at 97+ degrees here and my iPod works fine w/ my wifi.
I've been doing everything with an iPod for 6 months in temps that exceed hell.
Or do you have the 4G iPod?

it's more similar to the iPhone 4 than the iPod 3G because the iPhone 4 has nearly the same capabilities as an iPod touch 4.
iPod 3? Not really. The only added thing was a cam, face time, and fewer glitches. And by fewer glitches, they probably added something in there that is heat sensitive. The iPhone..everything but the 3G and phone ablities.

The DSi had a reason for not having flash. Using the 3DS as we speak, it has no excuse. Even being able to use the mobile YouTube would suffice for example.

Also, I just found out, it's not that it has to be in cold temps to work, there is apparently a temp border for it to work
Cause right now it's the coldest night we've had in awhile, and it still can't connect to the Internet properly, which means there is a set temp it has to be for it to work...
I dunno what I hate more, my country for being incompatible with American devices

oh and the temp thing I understand now..I used it outside and it didn't last long. When it's winter, that's a whole 'nother story. I could use it in my dad's truck, and it's far from the router. Summer, I'd lose it when I step out of the house.
