It looks like he printed them on iron-on transfers and cut them out/ironed them on.

Hence why it looks cut out.  lol

My Haruhi DVDs came with iron-ons and I've never used them for fear of them washing away.


...who am I kidding, I'm still not going to use them. MUST KEEP THEM IN COLLECTIBLE CONDITION.

Iron on paper using a regular printer works if I recall.
My mom made a Sonic shirt for me for my 8th birthday using that method.

Any printer in a store, like that, can qualify for a regular printer.
Maybe they thought yours had additional features to do what you did - which you don't need I think.
