Well, he can act like someone without BEING that person. Having the same personality as a character and pretending to BE that character are two entirely separate things. There is nothing bannable here.

It's just like she said, he can act however he wants as long as he isn't actually "roleplaying". If he flaunts the fact he is a vampire around the forum then sure go ahead and tell him off, but in the off-topic secton you can't do anything ayway.
Also, the roleplaying section is for actual roleplays.
