most hackers are just douchebags, even if it is said revenge is the weapon of the stupid people, if you really want to, I think you could find some hacking tutorials online

Hacking back is easy(I used to do some of that on Disney's Toontown before getting a perminant banning) as finding the right software. The one thing a beginner can forget though is to cover your IP address. Also, unless it was that important to you, don't go too far. If push comes to shove, I didn't say that you can potentially hack his system and give him a BSoD every interval. Deal?
