There's been a pretty fervent online campaign urging Nintnedo to release this game Stateside and it looks like we'll be getting it... as a GameStop exclusive. April 2012

Japan actually ARRESTS pirates. They have a whole section of their police force dedicated to it.

Well, apparently they still do it more because the US is (very surprisingly) the last on that list.

Oh, no doubt. I meant that as proof that piracy is much more widespread there. Or maybe its actually about the same, but since its a much smaller country the percentage is higher?
