Every time I go in there they tell me about it and you can apparently use it to get free games. Mom and I are kinda interested buy I don't buy many games anymore. New ones especially.
I'm wondering if those of you who do have it think it's worth it.
Well, the card is free, so... yes?
I haven't ever gotten a free game, on each receipt they give you a link to download some crappy puzzle game on PC if you used your rewards card.
So if you're going to get it for anything get it for the discounts. I usually get about 5 bucks knocked off my total, so that's nice. And I don't get asked if I want to sign up for the power up card every time I walk in the store. So that's another plus.
They also give you a subscription to gameinformer, perfect for lining parrot cages, or starting campfires, or sneezing into, or making origami out of. It really is a versatile magazine.
You have to pay for the subscription though. o3o

I thought that was included... :I
I don't remember paying any extra fees, I got a six month subscription with the card.
It's like 10 bucks for the power up membership. And $5 to renew it.
But I didn't have to pay for the card at all. @_@
