Hey there I was watching a couple of Windows 8 previews and I was just curious, will there be an Xbox emulator that Microsoft is gonna make themselves, everybody has been talking about it and saying that there will be, just curious?

Probably not, since that would kinda defeat the purpose of having the system. The opposite would be more likely, an Xbox console that could play PC games. Though that's probably also unlikely.

i think he is talking about the original xbox, not the 360.
Oh. Well, I don't know. I still doubt it but... maybe? Are there actually rumors about something like that?

The answer is no.
But you can bet somebody's already working on an emulator themselves, it'd just be an ass to get right.
