Well it looks a lot like her. The presence of "miku" on a picture with a character that looks like her is pretty good evidence that it's that same Miku.

Oh yes, I'm totally obsessed. Have you seen my Miku shrine? I have every plushie and figure along with her cosplay uniform which I make sure to spend an hour caressing every morning and night. The Hatsune Miku posters I have might as well have been wallpaper because not a spot is bare, which is quite sad, actually. I wish my room had a fifth wall.
