I'm going to need this the night before my first day in the 10th grade.
Tip from experience: don't sleep after you eat. once you eat, your light clock takes back and that will override what you just did.
Sleep and wake up at desired time, don't do an all nighter.

I did it, and it suprisingly works.
I also found out, from experience, that water doesn't count. I tried to starve myself, but my mouth got really dry, so I drank a cup of water, but still woke up at my targeted time.
