I really like Carnival Phantasm (if Facebook and it's topic haven't told you that already) and out of curiosity I tried to find the DVD for sale. Well, apparently it's only $20 at Play Asia.

I'm a little concerned, though. For one because the show is three "seasons" long but only 12 episodes and I read somewhere that each season had a box set or something. I want to know if:
A). Play Asia is a reputable site.
B). You know anyway I could answer my question and
C). Know of any other places to get it.
What better way to cement myself as an otaku then to buy my first boxset, right?
Well first of all, even though I've never used the site myself, Play-Asia is absolutely a reputable site.
But... that's not Play-Asia. That's Playtech-Asia. I have never heard of it before, but the fact that their discs all seem to be region free and contain several different language subtitles makes me think they're selling bootlegs.
As for that show specifically, I don't know anything about it so I can't really help you. Unless the single releases have more on them than the box set, I usually just get the box set.
Yes, Play-Aisa is a VERY trustworthy site, i've personally used them before, while they're not the best, they're good at what they do. The only problem is that they may ship a bit later (1-3 days max) than what they really say, so yeah.

No matter where I look I can't find traces of any sort of DVDs available. =\
All I've found are articles stating that you apparently get Melty Blood DLC with the special editions.
