Title: Is it "Laugh and cry!" or "Effin' cry!"?

So there has always been this debate about Family Guy. It's when before the intro ends, Stewie says something which sounds either like "Laugh and cry!" or "Effin' cry!". Well what do you guys think it is. PLEASE share...

Anyways, there are some episodes in which the closed captioning says effin cry instead of laugh and cry. So that's where people get confused about.
